Couldn’t I do this much cheaper on my own?

It may be cheaper to organize your own trip to Indonesia, but imagine how much time and effort it would be to prepare an itinerary and book all of your own transport and accommodation. Apart from guaranteeing these services, our prices include the booking fees and administration costs to make the reservations as well. Hotels, domestic flight tickets, any included entrance tickets and local guides are booked in advance to ensure availability. Plus, our itineraries are designed by travel experts so you can be sure that your tour will cover all the major highlights and many of the attractions you’ve always wanted to see. When you arrive you will have free time for relaxation and sightseeing, rather than having to worry about the next part of the journey and all of the language difficulties that you may encounter. You will also have the comfort of knowing that your arrangements have been made by a legitimate, reputable tour operator who you can turn to for support if you need it. We make it easy so all you have to do is relax and go with the flow.

How do I make bookings?

To book any hotel or package through Lombok Network Holidays is now become much easier. Choose any of our product & services you like, fill up the online booking form or send us an email regarding to your enquiry and allow us 6 - 12 hours to responds. If the product/service (s) are available, we reply you instantly. Maximum details are required such as: number of persons/participants, flight details, fax number, and or additional request/s (if any) in order to eliminate correspondence time.

What is the payment method?

We are now accept online payment through PayPal, very secure and reliable.

All product & services listed in our website; rooms, dive course, golf, transfers, hiking or trekking, special interest tours to be paid directly to PT. BPW Lombok Network Holidays, unless for additional personal expenses i.e: meals, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages, SPA's treatment, or any personal expenses that not mentioned in the program. Most hotels accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX) with 3-5% additional charges.

A minimum of 50% of advanced deposit are required to secure the reservation me made on your behalf. We must received this payment at least 2 (two) weeks prior to arrival. There are 2 methods of payment; online payment with credit cards through PayPal or Telegraphic Bank Transfer. All the outstanding must be settled upon arrival by cash or credit cards.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund apply for cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival.

For cancellation made 14 days (two weeks) prior to arrival, we will charge 10% from the total amount for the the booking fees and administration costs .

For cancellation made 7 days (one week) prior to arrival, we will charge 25% from the total amount.

No refund for cancellation made in within 3 days prior to your arrival.

What do I get after making a deposit?

Upon receiving a deposit of any package (s), room (s), or services you book through PT. Lombok Network Holidays, we will issue an e-Voucher or e-Ticket which will be attached via email. You can print out this Voucher and enclosed it with your other travel documents.

Each of our tour package (s) are escorted by an English or Indonesian Speaking Guide. Upon request, we also can provide Italian, Dutch, or French Speaking Guide.

When is the peak holiday season start? Is there any additional surcharges ?

The peak holiday season in major tourist destination all over Indonesia are:

July 10th - September 10th (School Holidays)

December 15th - January 15th (Christmas & New Year).

Seasonal Islamic Holiday (Hari Raya & Idul Fitri)

Additional surcharges of US $ 15-35/room/night may apply on major 3-5 stars.
