Lombok Network is not itself a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, hotels. The flights, other travel and hotel accommodation comprised in your tour are provided by reputable carriers and hoteliers on their own conditions.


It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Lombok Network are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers including, but not limited to, shipping, rail, car hire, and restaurant operators, whose service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.

Our Responsibility

We always do our best to make sure your arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss of damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents.


The standard of accommodation and other services are based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class, however, we do not represent or guarantee the standard, class, or fitness for purpose of that accommodation or service.


Lombok Network does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent of otherwise, of those airlines, shipping companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your tour pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control.


We do not accept liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of god, acts of government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a lab our group).


Inquiries and reservations for services in all areas shown in this tariff can be made through PT. Lombok Network Holidays. Maximum details are required in order to fulfill reservation efficiently arrival / departure dates, flights detail, number of persons involved and alternative detail, number of persons involved and alternative hotels, if acceptable will help us to handle your requirements efficiently.


Confirmation will be made by:  email or Whatsapp (WA).


Full refund apply for cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival. 

For cancellation made in within 30 days, we will charge 10% from the total amount for the the booking fees and administration costs. 

For cancellation made 14 days (two weeks) prior to arrival, we will charge 25% from the total amount.

For cancellation made in within 7 days (one week) prior to arrival, we will charge 50% from the total amount.

No refund for cancellation made in within 3 days prior to your arrival.


Full payment must be received prior to or upon arrival at the first destination point, except for those companies with whom special agreements have been made. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservation.


Payment by cash can be made at our Head Office or branch offices as listed on our brochures or website during the business hours.

Payment by Credit Cards; VISA, MASTER CARD, DEBIT CARD, can also be made at our Head Office in Lombok and soon will be available at our branch offices.

Secure Online Payment over the Internet can be done through PayPal with additional 3,95% charges (administration & processing fee) to be added from the total invoice.

Lombok Network will issue a voucher for any service you book through us. The vouchers clearly explaining services to be provided. 



Local currencies of the countries concerned unless all rates quoted in this tariff are in US Dollar and the otherwise stated.



Although no effort will be spared to provide the requested service Lombok Network Inc. acts only as agent for transportation company, hotels, car operations, airlines bookings and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstance beyond their control. Lombok Network also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice of found in the best of all concertinaed.



Transfer rates include: meeting and greeting services. Assistance with arrival and departure procedures at airport, bus station, port or hotels. Portage fees during transfer operation at airport, bus station, sea port and hotels, for group only. Transportation by full air conditioned cars and coaches unless otherwise indicated, reconfirmation of travel reservation. 



Tour rates include: Transportation as indicated in the program. For individual travelers, driver, guide are used whilst in the case of group of minimum 15 passengers, qualified English speaking guide are used, and also available German, Japan, Dutch & Italian speaking guide. Admission fees, entrance fees, meal when indicated in the programs.



Hotel accommodated is based on sharing in air conditioned, twin bed or single king size bed rooms with private bath or shower unless otherwise indicated single rooms supplements are indicated.



The very best available transportation is used. Lombok Network Holidays utilities coaches and car owned by its operating and/or associate companies to ensure the comfort, safety and behaviors to our clients.
