• Booking's confirmation will be sent in within 1 business day via email or Whatsapp (WA).
• This tour is not suitable for people with weak knees, back pain, or heart conditions.
• Casual clothes and hat with comfortable walking shoes are recommended for the trip.
• Vegetarian lunch is available on request
• Bring your own toilet tissue as some places we visit don't provide toilet tissue in the toilet.

Terms & Conditions

• Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity
• The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to request a full refund
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows

Hotel Pick Up Information:

• Hotel pick up and drop off services are available in Senggigi, Kerandangan, Mangsit, Klui, Ampenan and Mataram area only
• Pick up time: 8:00am-8:30am
• Operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance
• Be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Please enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• The driver will wait for up to 20 minutes. If you do not show up, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
